With over 20 yrs under her belt, Ms. Robotham brings a breadth of knowledge to JCI Developments from application to the underwriting and finally executing of the mortgage agreement.
Chief Executive Officer
Richard T.A. Gayle
Mr. Gayle has been a real estate investor for over 10 yrs both in Canada and the Caribbean.
For the Real Estate Division, Mr. Gayle oversees the day-to-day activities from the Land Acquisition team, Architect Team, Legal and Construction.
For the Software Division, Mr. Gayle heads the team of software programmers and Layout Designers.
